Oh, Bat Lords! That was an awesome theme! Love their helmets! I have a couple of them myself. BTW, eBay is a great place to pick up older sets for cheap! I have gotten some gorgeous sets from the Viking line (love those!) and also the Orient Expedition Dragon Fortress and two copies of the Scorpion Palace. 😀
Yeah, I really didn’t have a good head for Katniss. (Deep breath.) I had to use Wyldstyle’s, (facepalm), the MMV female head didn’t look quite right. Maybe that would have been better. For Peeta, I’m not sure if I should choose Luke Skywalker’s, (the original Luke Skywalker head,) or Determined face from the Hoth Rebel Trooper Battle Pack that came out whatever many years ago. (The one on one of the troopers.) Haymith was Indiana Jones face and Thors hair, but in the darker tan. Effie was Elsa Schneider, with the Lone Ranger fancy gal red hair piece. And Snow was the original trilogy Obi-wan head, with Balin’s hair. And I went into too much detail…

Fun Factor: This was a really fun build. Because it is a microworld, you can easily tell what each piece represents as you are clicking them into place. Once complete, it’s really fun to create different arrangements with the modules. Even with just eight modules, you have quite a few options. I hope I can get a second one to customize the microworld even further.
Judith, the discrepancy in sales usually has to do with what each region has in stock, and also what does and doesn’t sell well. The US market is very different from the market in the UK. We get our LEGO sets from the factory in Mexico (mostly), while you guys get them from mainland Europe (Denmark, Hungary, the Czech Republic). What sells well here may not sell well in the UK, and vice versa. There are even sets that only appear in a certain region based on market research and demand. It is normal for companies to have different strategies for different markets, based on extensive market research.
This set contains 996 pieces, spread between 10 numbered bags and one unnumbered bag of base plates. The instructions are printed on three booklets, bound to a sheet of cardboard. No paperweights required. Also included is a sheet of stickers with brick patterns, as well as a sheet of malleable plastic with three flags.
This is a new sealed lego set Fire Brigade. This set is discontinued and rare. This set is sealed with factory stickers still intact. All parts inside come as new. The box is large, and is in good sha…
Well, it’s finally happened. I’m afraid that in the end, I just can’t justify the cost of the Sandcrawler or Ewok Village, but being prepared to see desirable sets retire and not go on the hunt for expensive secondary market stuff is the price I pay for keeping my collecting manageable financially. I’ll look forward to what 2017’s sets bring…

I don’t know how they could have made this kit any more unappealing. I feel like they reused molds from other micro kits and just tried to get a minecrafty color scheme – they completely phoned this in!
