“lego creator emporium cheap |grand emporium cheap”

Okay, maybe I’m not understanding everything completely… I’ve been looking for 10199 winter toy shop… S@H doesn’t have it on their website, and it seems to be scarce online. The lowest price I can find it is $70 when the MSRP is $60. If it’s not “discontinued” yet, is it just sold out? And why doesn’t Lego carry it?
Thanks for posting this. I was thinking of getting one or two before it gets retired. It’s a little sparse inside, but looks very good on the outside, and I like the fact that the posters can be changed. Ninjago City has some extra posters that could be used also.
Rubber bands – Rubber bands can have various uses in TECHNIC sets. They can be used for pulleys by connecting two pulley wheels, and can form tire treads if one loops a small rubber band around a single large wheel.
As we have discussed at the beginning of the month, there is a Double LEGO VIP Points promotion going on for the entire month (see: LEGO Promotions & Double VIP Points!). The Double VIP Points period is the best time to pick up large exclusive LEGO sets, as they are usually only available directly from LEGO, and they almost never go on sale. So earning Double VIP Points is the best way to get some savings on these sets. 🙂
As a fan, however, it’s very difficult to tell how well a LEGO set sells for the company. Just because the aftermarket cost is high doesn’t necessarily mean that there are a LOT of people still demanding a set for the MSRP.
Features a LEGO Power Functions motor for an array of motorized functions, including forward and reverse driving, rotating bucket wheel, moving conveyor belts and rotating superstructure, plus a working bucket wheel boom.
Everyone has different opinions, but I’d recommend starting withe the Pet Shop. It’s one modular that almost everyone really likes and as the oldest one out there, the most likely to be discontinued next. It also is probably the most versatile modular out there. It looks great with my FB and GE. It pretty much looks like was made to go next to PR and I imagine it looking really good next to the Detective Office too. Plus, you can split it up!
Gears have been included within Lego Technic sets since 1977 as a way of transferring rotary power, and of gearing-up or down the speed. Gears come in several sizes: 8 tooth, 16 tooth, 24 tooth and 40 tooth spur gears; 12 tooth, 20 tooth and 36 tooth double bevel gears; and 12 tooth and 20 tooth single bevel gears. The double bevel gears are cut so they can also be meshed as spur gears. There is also a 16 tooth clutch gear, and a 24 tooth friction gear that slips when a certain amount of torque is put on it to prevent motors from damaging any parts or burning themselves out.

LEGO 10224 Town Hall is the largest modular building, with a whopping 2766 pieces. It had an unusually short lifespan for a modular, as it was released in March 2012 and became unavailable in late 2014, and was officially labelled as a Retired Product by LEGO in early 2015. The size of this unique set and its short life caused its post-retirement value to skyrocket very quickly.

Downtown Diner (set number: 10260) is the thirteenth set in the Modular Building line. It was released on 1 January, 2018 and contain 2,480 pieces with a MSRP of US$169/149€. This building reintroduces the teal color (what LEGO calls Bright Blueish Green) that hadn’t been in production since 2008. The first level of this building is a 1950s-style diner. It has a curved front window, red bar stools, a classic bubbler-style jukebox, soda fountain-equipped counter, and an open-plan kitchen.
The thirteenth set of the modular buildings is a particularly large one — 10260 Downtown Diner includes 2480 pieces. A three-store building with a 1950s-style diner in the first level, a gym on the second level and a recording studio on the third. Includes 6 minifigures and a pink convertible car.
I think you’d find that because of specilist parts that are in the UCS models, that as has been said before, require special molds, it wouldn’t be worth carrying on production. They need to modernise after all. So if something’s new then sacrifice something old for it surely ? 🙂
