On 27 October 2014, Cartoon Network aired the television special Lego DC Comics: Batman Be-Leaguered which details Superman wanting to recruit Batman into the Justice League while he is fighting Penguin and other villains over a gem, but he refuses the league. When Superman mysteriously goes missing, Batman recruits Flash to help find him. With nothing to report, they run into Captain Cold, who is trying to steal an Atlantean pillar in a desert. After a fight which results in the Batwing getting destroyed and Flash mysteriously disappearing, Batman defeats Cold, only for him and the pillar to go missing as well. He goes to Aquaman in the sea, who fights Black Manta for the trident of Poseidon, but he goes through a similar situation, where Aquaman disappears, Batman defeats Manta, and then he and the trident are warped away. Realizing that the Justice League is the target and not the artifacts Batman goes to Wonder Woman and Cyborg, who are fighting Luthor in Metropolis. As Luthor reveals an anonymous buyer wants the daily planet globe, Wonder Woman and Cyborg disappear, leaving Batman to defeat Luthor, only for him and the globe to disappear. Batman realizes that the plot was by Bat-Mite and it was to abduct the members of the Justice League and so that Batman can be the number one superhero in the universe.[3]
This set has incredible detail, and is fun to build. I built this set (Dad), and each of my boys built the other two (Fire Brigade and Pet Shop) . The build was enjoyable, and it was fun to watch them come together. in fact, we enjoyed it so much, that we started building the sets on a Sunday morning together, and we all stayed with it until the sets were done a few hours later. It was a fun family project.
2)The front roof canopy is one piece and is only held in by two studs as the color studs in front are flat on one side. The parts list identifies different studs so I order a set directly from Lego. The roof will secure much better when I switch the studs out. You will see what I mean when building set. Keep in mind to tell younger children to not pick up camper by roof as they may drop the entire set.

Green Grocer (set number: 10185) was the third of the Modular Buildings series. It was originally released in 2008 at a MSRP of US$149/£99.[12] The set contains 2352 pieces and is recommended for builders 16 years of age or older. Some of the set features include a blue and white awning, opening doors and windows, detailed interiors to each room, a roof terrace, a fire escape, access to a courtyard behind the building, and 4 minifigures.[13] Advanced building techniques used in Green Grocer include using black skeleton legs and hammers to make railings, using black spear guns as railings for the fire escape, using a paddle for a pendulum in a grandfather clock, and using hinges to make a bay window.[14]
In recent years, System sets have begun to adopt previously TECHNIC-exclusive parts, particularly in Exclusives and Star Wars sets. Many modern sets, including TECHNIC sets themselves, blur the distinction between the two systems to a considerable degree.

We’d be silly to actually recommend you run out and buy the Lego Architecture Taj Mahal set if you’re looking for something to do in your spare time; the $3,300 asking price basically prices most out of the market entirely But if you have 3.5k to drop on a Lego kit, and you want to go all out, the Taj Mahal set is not just a limited-run series, it also features almost 6,000 pieces in the box. Sure, that isn’t a great price-to-piece ratio if you’re looking at products like the first two on our list, but the Lego Taj Mahal is one of the most magnificent sets we’ve ever laid eyes on. The set is huge, measuring at over 20 inches wide and 16 inches tall, and weighing fourteen pounds inside the box. Taj Mahal is the largest set ever designed and sold by Lego, and we think some Lego fans are willing to drop the $3,300 to get access to such a limited-run set. But for everyone else, you’re better off buying a cheaper, smaller set—especially since you could probably use $3,300 to plan an actual trip to the Taj Mahal in India.
Lego’s Architecture line started in 2008, with a focus on perfecting and recreating famous buildings and monuments around the world, for recreation at home. Since its creation, Lego has created 32 full-size Architecture sets, along with 10 special edition sets for companies and campuses around the world. The original few sets were sold in limited sets and focused on minimalism design and artwork, using less than 100 pieces in total throughout the set and displayed in places like The Lego Store in New York City. Since then, they’ve expanded both their availability and the complexity of each set. One such example: Lego’s United States Capitol Building, which focuses on accurately recreating a to-scale set of the Capitol Building in Washington D.C., and uses over 1,000 pieces in total.
As is the case with virtually every Lego set, your child will be limited only by his, or her, imagination and perseverance. Although the kit is for younger children graduating from Lego Duplos, you can be confident that your child will never actually grow out of the Ultimate Building Set. All of the pieces can be incorporated into future Lego collections.
Having said all that… I really like this set and think it’s a worthy addition to any LEGO city/camping scene. See my images. However, since it would be very difficult to find this set for the retail price, and I would be reluctant to recommend you pay the secondary market premium, I would recommend an alternative.
Beams – Beams are long blocks with rows of round holes. All beams are one stud wide, but they can have varying lengths. They constitute the basic structure of the TECHNIC system. Before 2000, the TECHNIC system used TECHNIC bricks, essentially standard bricks with holes along the sides. Beams are part of “studless construction”, which allows TECHNIC models to be more compact. They have rounded edges and no studs.
4. While this set is designed for much older children, my 6 year old was able to assemble stage 2 by himself. He was very proud of the outcome. The only help I gave was some initial sorting and moral support.
Assembly Square (set number: 10255) is the twelfth set in the Modular Building line. It was released on 1 January, 2017 at a MSRP of US$279/239€. This set contains the most pieces of any previous Modular set at 4002 pieces as well as the most minifigures: 9 (just barely by being the third LEGO set release to include an infant).
OTHER INFLUENCES. I often browse what other people are building and sometimes it informs my process.  I make no secret of this.  Much like the ‘portaloo’ is lifted from a Lego set (Service Truck 60073-1) there are other elements of the build that have roots in other ideas.  The cement mixer used by the BRICKLAYER is from set 5610-1 (a small set from 2008 – now it has a home) I also came across some brilliant vignettes on LEGO IDEAS.
Stand angled for Lego Star Wars 75094 Tydirium. Display stand 3D for Lego 75105/7965 Millennium Falcon (Star Wars). Display stand 3D slots for Lego 75101 Tie Fighter (Star Wars). Display stand 3D slots for Lego 75154 Tie Striker (Star Wars).
The majority of the pieces are fairly common. If you have spares laying around, you might have a good number of these pieces already. What you don’t have can be purchased for a fraction of the ~$300 the complete set is selling for on Bricklink.

6. A few pieces were missing in stage 2. Not many, and some we could substitute from other pieces he had…but 3 pieces were unique and vital to hold together a decorative feature on the face of the building, and no doubt we will have to call for those, too.
