“10211 grand emporium cheap -lego expert sets cheap”

Yeah, I feel you. I haven’t bought a single modular from LEGO directly. All of my modulars have been Craigslist finds too. The best price I’ve found so far was $110 for a NIB Pet Shop, so awesome find on that $80 deal! As for inside detail, the earlier ones definitely had simpler interiors. The Haunted House was my first set as an adult getting back into LEGO. When I got it, I felt it was definitely lacking on inside decor. As my LEGO collection has expanded, I’ve been able to fill it in with some neat stuff, but as a newbie it kinda sucked to have such a bare interior in such a rad set. This is probably why I prefer a decked out interior to a plain one.
LEGO Dark Bluish Gray Technic Liftarm 3×5 L Shape Thick Lot of 100 Parts Pieces LEGO Dark Bluish Gray Technic Liftarm 3×5 L Shape Thick Lot of 100 Parts Pieces Official LEGO brand parts. These parts are all brand new and only handled for sorting, counting, and bagging, never snapped together.
I’m not sure if what sold out of set #10199 was the end of the 2010 season stock or the rest of the sets. Perhaps the Winter Bakery’s seasonal stock isn’t selling as fast since they were discounted by the Lego brand stores, though they seem to be gone from the NoVa stores. I probably saw the same Toy Shops that Yellowcastle found at the Potomac Mills, VA Lego store this last week.
Oh, and finally, if you’re collecting it, they tend to only come out with one a year, so that’s only 6 cents a day coming out of your wallet to stay up to date. (It’s a different story if you’re bent on getting missed sets of course, but you don’t need to. Get the stuff that is out now.)
I guess if I was a buyer I would focus and getting at least 1 of the bigger sets you want, regardless of the Price (although sites like Brickset help out TREMENDOUSLY in finding sales on sets at different places) and worry about the smaller ones later, that way if the smaller one sells out you have a good chance of picking one up for a decent price later (if if discontinued)
LEGO 10218 Pet Shop was the sixth modular building and released in May 2011. It is unique in that it is actually two smaller buildings, a townhouse and a pet shop with loft, that can be separated from each other.

The first dedicated Technic motor was a 4.5 volt rounded brick (p/n 6216m) released in 1977 as part of the Expert Builder Power Pack (960-1) and Supplementary Set (870-1), this output via a small protruding axle that would rotate when the motor was powered. The motor was not geared, resulting in high-RPM, low-torque output. Gearboxes and a square casing were available. A 12 volt motor of the same physical dimensions as the 4.5 volt motor was also available in set 880-1. The 12 volt version is visually distinguishable by being black, rather than grey.

Chain links were also introduced as an additional way of connecting gears. Tension (resulting from the correct number of chain-link parts used), along with the combination of gearwheel-sizes used, is critical to reliable operation. 8-tooth gears are not recommended for this purpose.
I think you would have to look at it in an entrepreneur/business man’s point of view to understand it. If people aren’t buying enough of the sets to keep a good profit after a few years, Lego might find that they would make more money using the same pieces if they were to discontinue the set and release a new one people would buy more of. If you already have an old set that is still on the market, there wouldn’t be much point in buying a second or third. (assuming its for personal use.)

My daughter is a fan of the CREATOR series. Her only request is PLEASE MAKE MORE. Of course, the price is a little high, but it is about the same everywhere you find this particular one (fire Brigade 10197), so buying here at least avoids you struggling with the crowds in the mall!!! My daughter has gotten as many creator ones as she can, and she is a teenage girl (girly girl). So for the kids who love playing for hours building, these sets are awesome. When she has a break, she loves to just sit on the floor and build these for hours.
